Sourcing involves buying fruit and vegetables directly from French and international farmers.
At Charlet Bazon, we favour a hands-on approach. We go to meet farmers on their farms, to understand their constraints, the volumes available and the quality of their harvests.
We talk to them regularly to adapt forecasts, adjust customer requirements and secure supplies.
Supported by these partnerships, we are able to offer our customers a reliable range, in terms of both quantity and quality.

We work with producers who are committed to responsible farming practices.
The majority of our producers have Global GAP, High Environmental Value (HVE) or Eco-responsible Orchards certification.

For us, marketing is a matter of trust, precision and rhythm.
We work with wholesalers, central buying services and manufacturers.
Every day, our objective is to meet the precise – often urgent – needs of our customers. And to do so flexibly.
Our order-taking process is simple :
Receiving orders
In constant contact with our customers, our sales team receives orders throughout the morning (by email, phone or text message).
Order preparation
When orders are received, the sales team enters them into our dedicated ERP system, which automatically forwards them to our warehouse team. Staff there then handle preparation or packaging of the fruit and vegetables selected.
Shipping orders
At 1 p.m., sales are closed and a sales summary is sent to our transporters so that they can organise the various shipments for direct delivery to our customers.
